Thought for the day: Want good results? Work hard and work with others.

I used to workout regularly by myself. I was a solitary practitioner. And then I quit.

For the last year or better I have tried to get back into the groove of working out at home like I used. It just wasn't happening. I finally admitted to myself that, for whatever reason, I am currently not motivated to workout by myself at home. I need some external forces to help me.

Enter Crossfit. I now have appointments each week to go workout..with other people..who are motivated..which rubs off. I am pushing myself harder and accomplishing more that I ever could by myself and, frankly, more than I thought I was capable of.

It is not enough to want good result. You must work for them and sometimes, not always, but sometimes, working with others can help you take things to the next level.

Work hard and work with others. You may be surprised by what you can accomplish together.

Here are today's Interesting Information Security Bits from around the web.
